Turn stack toilet or flexible waste?

Hi

Looking for options and ideas on new en-suite. Need to move the toilet ideally against the old exterior wall but is now interior due to new bathroom being built. Question is how do I route the toilet waste out from this location? I’ve read about turn stack toilets but I’d rather hide a flexible waste behind some boxing in, do I have any options to follow the red lines on the pic?

The long arm facing towards the wall. Not quite horizontal, it needs a fall on it.

No need for a flexy.

You can use it as a small shelf for cleaning products or other bathroom supplies.
