Is it raining? Bad weather can cause that to happen. Also look at where it's pointing in comarison with ur neighbours. If that fails get a higher strength aerial or ideally a signal booster. My BBC is fine but I struggle with channel 5 in my area. In really bad weather I can forget the majority of freeview altogether. Will b installing a booster as soon as I can.
The stations are grouped together on about 6 frequencies and if one is not within the band of aerial design then that group will have poor reception. After analogue is switched off the frequencies may change so you may find nothing needs doing.
