Twin entry radiator valve long term removal

Hi all,

I need to remove a radiator for a period of time whilst the room is decorated etc.

I have a twin entry radiator which I would like to remove. Is it possible to remove and keep the rest if the heating system functioning properly?

If so, what the best way around it? I intend to replace with a normal current setup of a valve at either end etc.

It's currently on a 8mm microbore setup.

Any advice would be appreciated.

if your gonna alter it then it makes sense to do that first, then remove the rad as you would any other and decorate.
