Errm, you're alright. No idea how I am.
Soc servs on the phone today, asking what support I need. I can't think of anything that would make any difference. Kinda lonely. It was 1 year since my wife's death last weds. That's still horrible. I got a few calls from abroad, friends whose kids I'll leave things to. None from uk.
Time for soup. I can't eat food, I have a thing called eosinophilic oesophagitis - throat's closing up. More pills.
