I'm looking to get a raised decking installed in the garden. It would be approximately 2.4m wide x 5.2m long and 0.4 m height. I want a couple of small stairs to the front, wheelchair/pram ramp to the side and a simple banister around the perimeter of the decking. I'm about to get a company in to quote but want to have idea of what I should be expecting for supply and install.

Get three quotes and take your pick. No point asking us on here. We can't see it and aren't doing the job anyway.

I would have said get 3 quotes, becuse although you have given dimensions etc what do you call simple banister, and a few steps. its hard to give a guestimate with out seeing it.
There used to be a rule saying do not asks for costs / prices etc, but admin thought it a good idea to remove it

My deck was about 31 m² and cost in materials about £1100 so ~ £37 a m² - built over a period of 2/3 weeks, borrowed tools (circular saw table thingy and big cordless SDS drill  ) from a mate who used to do this sort of thing as a job - and lots of advice from here and other info on internet.

DIY! - Give it a go - it's hard work but fun
