UB through external wall

Hello.

How easy will it be to install a UB 203x102x23 @ 3835 through the external wall and into position.

I was planning on opening the external wall and internal wall to slide the beam through and into position as it’s above the joist and to bug to turn upstairs
 
It is a common method of installing beams and easy enough to do. Just check you have nothing in the cavity such as pipes or cables etc that may be in the way.
