UF heating and LDV tiles

The floor comprises 22mm chipboard that is grooved for 12mm wet system, 6mm ply screwed every 6”.
Was planning to install ldv flooring that comes with underlay ( I think the tiles are 5mm thick).
Area is 5m by 3m. Pattern to be herringbone.

Should I be thinking of something else for flooring or is it doable.

Avoid click LVT.

Go with glue down, far less likely to fail.
