Electric underfloor heating

On testing cold tails found an intermittent open circuit. When the join between the cold tails and the heating element is squeezed the resistance reading is the expected figure.
So a poor joint.

Opened up the joint to have a look.

The heating elements are a very fine conductor in a clear sheath see picture

What type of crimps/connectors do you think these are?

They look like male & female spade terminals pushed together & shrink wrapped rather than crimps

What make UFH is it?

Some makers supply repair kits. Reputable ones (I expect) would be interested if you gave them feedback on what could be a manufacturing fault. Maybe they'll come and fix it for you!
