Ultra infinity a389 3-way diverter cartridge alternative

Hi,

does anyone know of an alternative to this discontinued shower cartridge please? It's 63mm long and 34mm wide with 3 holes and 18 splines

Shower doc say there no direct replacements. Is it a bar shower? Probably need to change the whole lot.

Thanks. Have found one with the same dimensions apart from the spindle so going to order that and swap the spindle
