Underfloor heating kit

my bathroom is very cold even in summer no sun through window at all to warm it up
Even last nite at 9pm was cold had the log stove on living/kitchen so both rooms
Warm.....not putting central heating on just to warm the bathroom
So was looking at underfloor.....question is I have a concrete slab then 600mm gap
Then joists and floorboards....I'm replacing the floor with solid board should I put
Kingspan between the joists?? Would it help to be warm once the kit as been laid...

Electric UFH will not heat the room.

Certinly put insulation under the floor.
Use a bathroom- friendly panel or fan heater to heat the space. As above, UFH will warm your toes, but not the room.
