Underfloor heating query

can anybody assist?
the cable is a twin conductor type,the thermostat has a live and neutral terminal and also a load terminal (plus two terminals for the probe.
On the wiring diagram it shows the floor cable ,cold feed,going into the load terminal.

Should one of the floor tails go in to the neutral
surley it will not warm up or operate with then both going to the load
terminal?

Jacko- glad you got your control back. I'm no expert but I would say you're right- one is onto neutral. You'll get nothing with both on line!
