Hi
I am building a 5x15 metre timber workshop on concrete footings and a rubble subfloor.
I am only using 4" x 2" timber for the suspended floor as i will have lots of support in the middle using timber+dpc from the rubble subfloor.
The gap between sub floor and chip board flooring is 6" and i will be using jablite to insulate between joists.
So my question is.
Will the 2" airgap between the subfloor and the joists be ok? how many vents should i put in?
I am thinking of using the offset vents that look like a periscope lol

Thanks

Mike

you will need a cross flow of air, so fit the vents to opposite sides.

on a 15m run, 4 each side will suffice. i think?
