Underpinning costs please

Rough idea as to costs

looking at buying a small end terrace that has a few problems

Any info appreciated.
 
Heheh thermo may have it correct.. how deep do you need to underpin? what length is required? why do you need to do this?

Its a kinda of how longs a piece of string question..

Your by far better off getting some local speciallists into give you a more accurate quote.

For all we know you need to underpin a 200yr old property next to a railway which was built on peat and needs driven piling rig on site.. giving you a rough cost to do the 50m wall of about 100-200k
