Unvented undersink water heater

Hello

This is perhaps a very stupid question. I am looking to install a 10 or 15l undersink hot water heater to supply a small basin and kitchen sink in an annex (something like this: https://www.ariston.com/en-uk/produ...electric-storage-water-heaters/andris-lux-uk/).

Space under the sink is tight. Is it okay to install these in a loft space above the kitchen and bathroom containing the basin and sink?

I don't see why not, provided suitable precautions are taken to protect any parts of the installation that may be at risk from frost.
