That letter means didly squat Shambolic.
An accreditation services manager doesn't make the rules and certainly plays no part in enforcing them.
Pen and paper refuses nothing.

BC accepted my latest installation last week. Commissioning engineer with ticket signed it off.
My customer is happy, BC are happy, my CE is happy, OSO are happy, Im happy.
