Hello all
I was wondering if I could get some assistance.

In the last few months my upstairs pressure is non existent across both hot water and cold water.

when someone uses toilet the sink literally drips and even doesn’t make it into the basin.

I have a unvented cylinder and when installed the pressure in both the hot and cold was amazing.

In the loft I have 2 vessels one of which looks like an expansion vessel with a pressure gauge. That is about 1.6 bar with the red fixed needle set on 2 bar.

Apart from that I am unsure what else I should check as struggling to even get hold of plumber that installed the system when I had the extension done in 2018.

I don’t seem to have any leaks or can’t see any wet patches at least.

Any help and guidance much much appreciated here.

Many thanks

If it drops to near nothing which you describe, you have a supply problem or a fault such as a blocked filter, maybe..
1.6 ok,...

Some pictures of the valves & things would be useful.

Ok here are some pictures. I also left the house 2 hours ago and checked the water meter. Returned just now and the meter number of needle has no movement. So at least there is no leak.

Pictures as below

1) mains tap in kitchen showing good water flow
2) pipework around boiler with outlets to the water tank in the cupboard next door
3) unvented cylinder and pipework
4) pipework and cylinders in loft

Many many thanks for looking
