I've just fitted a second hand upvc door to my outhouse, all square and level, handle isn't stiff when pushed up, but what is odd, when you do push the handle up to lock, the whole door moves up about 15mm exposing the hinge pins
Any ideas how to resolve this, thanks

Sounds like its catching one of the door lock keeps on the frame. ( or possible all of them ) . Could just be the door sash is slighlty out of alignment catching the ' keep ' , if you can mark where each lock point is on the sash with the handle pulled up ( use a pencil! ) , then mark the door keeps on the frame , so al are vsible when the soor is closed , and see if any or out of alignment ( or all ). Other option ( which is a bit of a cheat ) , is if each keep is screwed on individually , unscrew and remove them until you find the ' binding ' one and relocate accordingly ...very much a cheat and a last resort though
