UPVC door not staying closed on latch

Take a look at the section of the frame that the latch closes against (the keep). There is usually a screw adjustment on the keep to allow you to move it in/out. It may also be that the door has dropped slightly, so the latch is completing missing the keep - either raise the door or drop the keep.
