UPVC Door problem.

Evening all,

Im having some issues with my back door and am wondering if anyone can help please.

When the door is closed it is very difficult to push the handle up and when locked there is a gap bottom corner lock side.

Any ideas whats happened?

Debris in base of door where bolts enter.

holes are clear.

From what ive been reading the doors dropped.

Does anybody know if these hinges are adjustable. . . or does the door need packing to make square again? either way i dont know what im doing.

I've been quoted £125 call out fee from the company who fitted them 10 years ago to come and look at the problem, this includes 1hours labour. Does this sound ok?
