I have a tilt-and-slide uPVC patio door that’s around 20 years old. It’s been very reliable over the years, and has been siliconed lubed on a yearly basis, recently I’ve noticed I now need to push the top of the door inward for it to fully close. There seems to be strain on the top levers of the door when closing.
The door still slides fine, but as it reaches the fully closed position it tilts inward. I cant remember if this was always the case. Previously, I could close and lock it just using the handle, but that no longer works unless I manually push the top of the door in first.
Any advice appreciated.
