UPVC window problem.

One of my upvc bedroom windows does not close tight, when the wind blows strong the curtains move and cold air comes in.
Is there an adjuster fitted within the locking handle? that seems to be the couse of the problem. :)

You might have adjustable cams on the lock situated on the sash. Usually adjustable with an allen key.
You may have adjustable keeps situated on the frame. Usually adjustable with a screwdriver.
I take it is is the lock side which is draughty. If the hinge side is draughty the friction stays may be faulty or may require packing.

Yes it is on the lock side, when the handle is turned to the locked position
the window should be a little tighter against the frame.
