uPVC window

Dear All,

I am having a new uPVC window fitted. It is to have a small widow at the top which is hinged along the top ie opening horizontally.

Below the top opener is to be a non-opening window.

Can someone please advise what the lower window is called. I believe it has a special name that effectively makes it a 'dummy window' to ensure the frame thicknesses line up.

To me it's just known as a dummy sash but others might call it something else
