URGENT HELP ON VALLIANT BOILER CON ERROR

I have a valliant boiler and for 1 month it hasnt been working and i have been without hot water. My boiler has been displaying a con error on the boiler. An engineer bought a new PCB but its still showing this error and i think they may be scamming me. I opened the boiler cover after they left and i can see an unconnected wire.

Please can someone help i really cant afford to buy a new boiler

Get the engineer back....

meanwhile take some pictures and add the boiler details...model etc

Yep, as suggested - get the engineer back as it hasn’t been fixed. It depends on what wire you’re saying hasn't been connected. Make sure it was a new pcb and not a refurb. Afaik it’s 99.9% the pcb, so something is amiss.
