URGENT: Help please boiler at very very high pressure

I assume the original prob was the low pressure. Does this happen frequently or is it a new thing?

This has been happening for last 2-3 weeks and a restart (learnt from Microsoft!!) every 3-4 days have been keeping it going...
 
As Kev said, check the little pipe bit outside, also keep an eye on the pressure while the central heating is warming up,

first call is to change the prv second is check the precharge in the expansion vessel

Judging from the Spielberg style intro to this topic, I think your limited understanding of sealed system and expansion vessels etc points to your needing a plumber experienced with central heating systems.
