If your washing m/c stops and is full of water , do not panic and do not force anything.
Unplug the m/c get the drain hose (grey pipe at the back) take it from where it is connected to I.E stand pipe or spiggot, put the end of the pipe in an empty bucket on the floor and garvity will empty the m/c for you (unless that is the pipe itself is blocked in which case call the w/m company for a qualified engineer)
