V5 Rollertec door not going up, finally does go up but comes straight back down using wall unit

Hi, can anyone help with this please,
Door won’t go up off remote, will sometimes work if you press it a couple of times of wall unit. Goes up and fully open then closes straight away.
I’ve made sure all connections are tight on the board and cleaned magnet top and bottom, still having problems, any suggests folks?

Something blocking "line of sight" between sensors?

Hi, thanks for response. Nothing is blocking the magnet/sensors. Any other suggestions?

Other than new batteries in the remote I havent a clue. Just had the sensor view fault once where something had moved.

Ok thanks, I’m wondering if it’s worth replacing the board as the wall unit and the remote plays up. Not sure where best place to purchase is but I’ve got to start somewhere. If it was remotes the wall unit would work fine all the time wouldn’t it, I’ve swept the sides of the doors the magnets and nothings in the way to disturb it

Had the reverse, closed then reopened, but clearly it has loads of sensors to stop it closing when some thing in the way, but not opening, to close without a command would be considered dangerous, you could be hit by the door.
