If it's transmissible and someone catches it who isn't vaccinated then will the virus strain they catch be just as strong and will they have just as much chance of dying as if they'd caught it from someone who wasn't vaccinated then?

The fact they've halted trials adds to the previous accounts of it being halted in the European countries and adds to concern

If it's transmissible and someone catches it who isn't vaccinated then the strain they catch will be just as strong and presumably they'll have just as much chance as dying as if they caught it from someone who wasn't vaccinated then?

It may depend on the viral load. A vaccinated person may emit a smaller viral load than a non-vaccinated person.
A non-vaccinated person who catches Covid from a small vial load might have a less serious case, than if they caught a larger viral load.

motorbiking covered it perfectly; risk benefit. A younger person has a minimal risk of covid, therefore the benefit of the vaccine is lower. In older people the covid risk is higher therefore the benefit of the vaccine is greater, even with any additional risk of clotting - if indeed there is any actual additional risk?

That’s what happens when the government role out a vaccine without all the proper tests/trials etc then tell everyone that if you put it in your arm you will all be free,but you will still have to social distance and you will still have to wear a mask and you can still get Covid and you can still pass on Covid if you catch it and you can still have a pint one day but you have to drink it outside as Covid spreads really bad indoors ,even though we have told you to stay indoors for over a year and even though we advised you all to eat out to help out

How else can you prove a treatment works for Children and is safe? There are extra rules about it and more paperwork to prove it will be of value, but in the end the only way to test a treatment is to use it.
