Vaillant 140 and vrt360f

Hi, this is my first post!

If I buy a Vaillant wireless room stat 360f, do I need the Vaillant 140 (or 130) as well?

I'm unsure as I see that the vrt360f has a timer option too, so am I doubling up by buying a 140 timer?

Secondly, if the 360f were to ever break down, would it be a good idea to have the 140 installed as a backup timer?

Any advice would be appreciated.

You do not need a 140 if you have a 360 it would not work anyway.Personally i would buy a Honeywell prog. roomstat much better in my opinion .
