vaillant 828e hot water and heating problems

I have a vaillant 828 e turbomax first my dhw heeat exchanger stopped working so i replaced it.

then about 3 months later the diverter valve stopped working so there was no hot water but heating was still working for about a week then that stopped.

put a new diverter valve on but nothing no hot water no heating
green light comes on for about a minute then goes outon heating.

on hot water temp guage climbes rapidly to approximatley 70 degres then shuts off with no hot water help i am at a loss and it is cold

why did you change the dhw heat ex ???
have you seen filter at the cold inlet valve ?

Have you left a CH valve underneath closed AND the diverter valve head plug out?
