Vaillant Aquaplus 362 over-pressurising

Had a problem with occasionally recurring F22 on this boiler. Changed the AAV, flushed the system but no joy. Now the tenant reports that the boiler is periodically over-pressuring and discharging (every few weeks).

Any ideas what's going on with this boiler/system please?

you have left the filling loop under the boiler open.
