can i use the existing flue i have, my current boiler is also a vailant. Also does this ecotec plus have a built in clock for the heating? also (sorry) does this system come on when the temperature in the house drops for instance below 12 and the heating comes on it self?

oh ok then, what temp does the heating come on automatically and when does it come off?

you can fit a control in the fascia,it doesnt come with one.the boilers frost protection fires boiler when flow ntc goes below 5 C off at 35 C. i assumed your existing boiler isnt condensing ,if it was then you could possibly use your flue.
