this is my first post...my valliant Eco level pump has stopped pumping the water out ...both the green lights are on but the water is not getting pumped out any help or advise will be very grateful thanks
take the inlet spigot of the pump and blow thought to loosen the ball ( one way valve ) as its stuck then re-install , but generally you'll get a bit more service with it but it generally causes it to leak eventually with red light fault light
Hello Jimmy, I know its been a few years since you posted this. What happened? did you fix it or what was the outcome? I have the same problem. the pump lights are green but the pump fills up and flows over. When i turn the boiler off and on again the pump works and pumps the water out but never again. I put the float next to the side of the casing and keep it there for about 10 seconds and the pump triggers but I cant seem to find in the manual/internet if there is any electronic or magnetic switch that turns it on.
