Hi , looking for some help here .

We have a baxi 80 Eco combi boiler around 8-10 ayers old , we turned it on yesterday and within seconds there was water pouring from the bottom of the boiler . On closer inspection it seems to be coming from the top of the pump. The boiler pressure drops to zero and then cuts out . I have attached some pics , is it just a damaged pump ?? Or any ideas .
Not good as we have no heating or hot water .

Not pump its the auto air vent thats gone not ann expensive part .
There is usually a lttle black plastic screw that goes inn that hole that you could have screwed down to stop leak have a look about boiler for it . it may have fallen out.
