Hi All
We have a Vaillant eco tec 615 now with 14 rads , 3 are new tall big heavy rads. this was ok when it was fitted years ago but is it big enough now for 14 rads in a 5 bed detached.

Thanks

How is it performing in this cold weather? If it’s not quite getting the rooms up to temperature, it might be time to change it especially, as you say, it was fitted years ago. Also depends on how well insulated your house is.

what is the heat loss of the property?

According to

my house is average 5.4kW loss

We have trv's on and dont heat all rooms
Your boiler is actually oversized so at a 5.4kW heat loss but if your 14 rads+system contin say 90L of water then it will take ~ 20/30 minutes for them to reach say 65C from a cold 15C on a morning start up which is normal enough IMO.

The table you used (posted below) seems rather vague. I think you need to be more precise about age and size to get a proper estimate of heat loss.
