Hi, hopefully someone can help as I've been trying everything I can think.
Have had the boiler and Vsmart thermostat and VR66 installed 6 weeks ago. Standard boiler with hot water tank.
No settings changed in the app apart from turning heating prediction off after 2.5 weeks.
Boiler CH set to 75°
Boiler and app HW set to 60°
Heating Curve set to 2.6. Default on the app and not changed at all in the 6 weeks.
Offset point set at 0.5°.
Problem is, the Advanced algorithm (PID) has not appeared at all in the app. I understand it takes a couple of weeks to learn the home. But I've gone past that point. I was expecting the heating curve to come down automatically as that's quite high and the house is insulated quite well.
What can I do to sort the issue out? I'd rather than advanced Algorithm be at least as an option to enable to choose the most efficient way of the boiler operating.
