Vaillant plume dripping

After some advice! Vaillant boiler plume is constantly dripping from the tip, enough that the ground is always damp.

Is this normal, and is it an issue?

It is pumping out water/condensate so can tend to drip a bit. Ensure the horizontal bit is sloping back towards the boiler/vertical bit so most, if not all of the water, runs back to the boiler.

Not a good idea as that will lead to rainwater seeping in. is the condensate pipe below leaking at the joint?
 
Even with a condensing boiler there is still a lot of water in the plume and because the venting exhaust gas is at a lower temperature than a non condensing boiler you will see a lot of vapour and drips around the outlet.
