Just to clarify and after studying the drawing harder:

1 x 22 x 3mm rubber packing ring man.part no. 98-2331 sec.H/E
2 x 19 x 3.15mm packing ring. man. part no. 98-2442 for the pump

No way Oilski. I think the Vaillant doc must be faulty. The two pump O rings are definitely different sizes! The i.d. (not usually quoted for sizing) of the smaller one is about 19mm.
Are you looking at a Vaillant document or one produced by a third party?

you know vailant....always have to be different....ntc thermistors, wax capsule diverters etc, etc. Very rarely see them myself to be honest so I'm just going off the diagram. Unfortunately I can't post it but may be able to photograph it and post here.

thanks for the reply, having had a quick look online for parts suppliers, I cannot get those parts no's to show up anywhere - any suggestions where to look or is it a "special" order type item?
