Vakera 20 80 air pressure switch problem when covers in place on front of boiler, boiler will not fireup but if you release cover from room barrier boiler fires up. (sucking in air with force)

Is this a faulty air diff switch or the fan

probably the switch, or the fan venturis need cleaned, as even a tiny partial blockage interupts supply to aps

My experience is when venturi is in that state, so is rest of boiler- well overdue proper service. Bet the fan is carry plenty dust, heat exchanger matrix clogged up with white powder, flow switch sticking, tail piece on diverter shot.

And the OP should be reminded that anything inside the combustion chamber should be repaired by a registered gas engineer.
