Hi, I have the above boiler and the above fault code keeps coming up and stopping the boiler from time to time. Its not a great issue but im worried that it will damage the boiler. When i re-start the boiler after the fault code, i notice the pump struggles with a series of short grinding sounds. I also noticed there is a tiny leak between the magnatec and the pump (not sure if relevant). I have bled the pump to no avail, the rads are bled too. I had the setup serviced less than a year ago, the plumber i used didnt have a diagnostics kit so he suggested to use valliant, which im loathe to do as id rather use and maybe re-use a loacal plumber. So in short have any of you guys got an idea and can you recommend a solid plumber to look at the issue.

regards

Ben

I would pullt the pump off and make sure theres nothing stuck in it before making expensive call outs.

F24 is because the temperature of boiler is rising too quickly so may well be related to pump.

I would also suggest rather than a plumber you engage the services of a competent local boiler engineer who should be able to diagnose problem.

the plumber i used didn't have a diagnostics kit so he suggested to use valliant
Now that is cr@p because this boiler has perfectly adequate inbuilt diagnostics to diagnose this problem.
