Valliant boiler in summer mode - no hot water

So mistake was the service engineer activating summer mode and this in turn deactivated the HW aswell because I am not using valiant controls.

I have turned the CH up and hopefully problem solved. Thanks so much!!

Any consensus whether it should be 65c (bunny) or 70-75c (Crofton)? Does it work the lower the more economical?
