when heating on have hot water when heating off no hot water new pcb board fitted by others been ask to find out problem any help please and is it easy to replace part.

cheers mate is this expansive part to by and do i have to drain down hot water side only i have not worked on this type boiler before
check the pin on the motor is moving(remove surclip and pull it off)
most likely dirt in the bobbin-turn the hot water off at inlet and drain heating side of boiler.
a new kit isnt that costly.check for sludge and grit
advise on a new boiler or a magnaclean
