Hi All,

We have just bought a house and we have a Valliant turbomax combi boiler. This boiler hasn't been used for a few months, so I switched it on, and opened up the fill loop (both screws- half turn), but the pressure won't rise, and I end up with the low pressure error on the LCD.

Does anyone have any experience with these boilers?

Cheers

take the hose off and open slighty to see if any water comes out could be a faulty valve. then check to see if the valves under the boiler r open. next it could be abit of gunk in the low pressure sensor.

Try turning back 1 of the screws and fiddle with the second, if that doesn't help, reverse it. A lot of people only use one of the screws and leave the other constant open, so you may have closed the opened one.
