Valliant Turbomax Combi no pressure!!

Hi All!
I have a Valliant turbomax Combi boiler, which is reg serviced. The pressure is dropping to near zero. I have tried to fill it with the key to let water from mains into the system.... this usually makes a whooshing noise. Unfortunatley the whoosh has stopped and so I believe the key is doing nothing to help me fill it. There is no big water leak, and still plenty of mains water, and no one has turned anything off! Does anyone know how to fix this? Or is it a big expensive plumbing job!!

Have you the MI on how to fill the system to make sure your doing it right?

Yes I am filling it right - have checked in the book! Is there any other stop to this valve somewhere??

Many thanks - I am an idiot!!
The l shaped key was not contacting one of the valves properly as there was some gunge in it! It is now filling!! Many thanks for your help!
