I know what it is. The cold water main to the house is shared with the house next door. Most of the time this isn't a problem but when next door uses a washing machine the shower emits
a much reduced flow of water which is much too hot.

The reduced water flow still stays hot even if I switch the water control on the shower to cold.

I'm wondering if there is an electric shower which would automatically compensate for the reduced flow and reduce the temperature of the water

Any advice would be appreciated.

Mira Advance ATL will to a certain extent, and will shut off completely if the pressure is too low.
