Vauxhall Combo Oil Filter

Just done an oil change and i couldnt get the damn oil filter cover off. I've got an oil filter grip removal tool which i've used on Rovers & Fords in the past but theres no room to even get this attached on the combo. The only way is by socket - does anyone know what size you need? The biggest i had was 25mm which was far too small

think its 30mm dude. could you not pop round your local garage- doubt theyd charge you for the 10 seconds it takes, + you could responsibly dispose of your element
