vauxhall vivaro very bad smoke.

i have a vivaro on a 2002 1900 di which i have rebuilt ,after timing belt snapped.
i have put in all new valves , new gaskets,air flow meter,fuel filter and air pressure sensor and had the computer on it too and wiped it memory. but still getting bad white smoke from exhault. it will start up first time every time but it will put you in limp mode after 5 mins of driving and lots of white smoke. can anyone help please.....................micky....

It may be an idea to see if there is oil in the turbo pipes and intercooler, if the smoke is as bad as that.....hopefully the valve and injection pump timing is correct?
