Hi all

After some advice please, I have an 4 year old Veissman boiler this morning the radiators started to heat up then all of them in the house went cold way before reaching the nest set temperature and then even when pressing manual heat on the nest link nothing would get the radiators to come back on.
Then I went out for the day on coming back home 7 hours later the radiators came back on but have again all turned off and won't come back on.
Does this sound like an issue on the boiler Veissman would need to fix or something else with the radiators or heating system
Prior to today the heating system has worked fine for 4 years, serviced yearly and nothing change on the system recently

Thank you

Could probably do with some more information. Is the Nest heatlink registering a demand? Is the boiler seeing this demand? What is the boiler temperature set to?

Thanks the heatlink is seeing the demand and the boiler seems to be seeing that as well
I'm not sure what temperature the boiler is set to but this hasn't been changed since it was working

Well, there’s obviously a delay. Check the boiler temperature. Make sure there’s no air locks - sometimes get this on intergas boilers.

I presume when the radiators went cold you did check that the boiler was still operating?

I had a problem with Nest Gen 3, when the local mobile mast got damaged in a storm, as I walked up to the thermostat it would detect my movement and turn on the heating, but as I walked away, it could not see the mobile phone as being local, so the geofencing turned off the heating again.

It was only when I looked with the PC, so not near the thermostat, that I realised what was going on.

Thanks for your replies today it's randomly started working normally again, I'm waiting to see how it behaves over next few days
