Vent Axia Lo Carbon - Extractor Fan

Hi there,

I have lived in my property for almost 4.5 years and I have a Vent Axia Lo Carbon extractor fan installed in the upstairs and downstairs bathroom.

The downstairs works perfect however about 6 months ago the upstairs stopped working. I have turned it off and back on and in the attached photo is the error being displayed.

Is it a case of buying a new extractor fan?

Not sure if this is for your model but can't find that error code anywhere. There website says they have a 7 year warranty so if you installed them they should be covered. Contact Ventaxia.

How to reset vent axia lo carbon?

To reset calibration put dip switch 1 (SW1) into the off position, turn the fan on and allow it to run for 30 seconds. Turn the fan off and place dip switch 1 (SW1) to the on position. When the fan is switched back on it will run the start-up procedure and calibrate itself after 15 minutes of running.

I would guess the dip switches might be behind the small cover in the bottom right hand corner that has a label stuck to it.
