Hi All

Installing a new bathroom and have agreed to get the parts for the sparky to fit (before the fit of the suite tiles etc start).

Had a Vent axia Luminair in the last place and it was a lot better and quieter than previous fans (with a light), that is what I'm going for again. (28935)

I'm getting a downlight in there too (outside zone 3), question is, will the vent axia be ok to run on the same circuit as this 12v LV downlight kit? (23016)

Thanks for any pointers, don't want to order and then find the sparky says "that won't work!"

Why are you adding another downlighter when the luminair has one built in?

The luminair is replacing a very poor fan over the shower, the other downlight is for the other side of the room :)

Ok. It looks like the fan/light kit has its own SELV supply capable of powering both the light & the fan together. The other downlighter will need its own tranny. As it is a kit, it probably is included. Yes, I can see no reason why these two should prove incompatible.
