Hi can anyone help I have a veritas excel system fitted with 2x LCD keypads all worked fine for around 2 months now one keypad won't work correctly. It seems that all the bottom row yes, no 0, no, chime and reset all give the dull noise, the noise when you key something in wrong all lights are lit up. I am now in he programming menu and can't get out as reset won't work and the other keypad says system busy. Does this sound like a faulty keypad or could it be something else

Sounds like something has crashed. Have you tried removing the panel battery and power down the mains. Wait 20 secs and then reapply power, then the battery.
